What We’re Eating: Doughnut Muffins

We tried MUFFINS THAT TASTE LIKE DOUGHNUTS awhile back. I think I will have to make it again one day without kids in the house. I don’t think I mixed the batter enough and it came out a bit too solid for my liking. Also, there should be another way to get the sugar on top because I couldn’t get it to go on correctly like PW did it. Any suggestions?
