31 Days in SF Bay

You’ve heard of The Nester, haven’t you? Well, if you haven’t, you can meet her at The Nesting Place. In October, The Nester has a 31-day challenge.

Our blog has naturally become a documentation of our daily adventures in the San Francisco Bay Area, so I figure I would write about some things to do in here in our lovely home community. I think we take for granted the great activities and adventures that we have here because we have lived here all our lives. When we went to Seattle for our vacation, the girls wanted to move there. I told them that it is similar to San Francisco, but we have never really been tourists in the city.

I will try to write for 31 days, but you know…life. :p There are also a lot of fun things I will probably miss, but hopefully, we will pick up the series another time to include more fun things to do in the Bay. If you have places in the SF Bay you want to share with our readers, leave a comment, and I will try to blog about it.

There are hundreds of people taking this 31-day challenge. You can find bloggers writing about lots of different topics. If you are looking for 31 days to organize your closet, or 31 days of blessings, or 31 days of fashion tips, or 31 days of sewing tips, etc., you will probably find it there.

I will update this page with links of the different blog posts. Come visit again! 🙂 If you think your readers will be interested in this series, you can grab a blog button on the sidebar (just copy and paste in a post or page) and add it to your blog. Thanks!

  2. oh, I’m going to live vicariously through you this month! I’m a Bay Area native who has been transplanted to Colorado…and while I love it, I miss the Bay sometimes. Now I shall e-mail you my address so you can mail me a Ghirardelli sundae…

  3. OH! I’m thrilled! We drive through the San Francisco are when we go to visit family in So. CA. and have done a few wonderful things there. Can’t wait to see what we’ve missed and can do when we go through again!

  4. Planning a trip with my family to SF next fall. Your info will help tremendously. I would love for you to post a summary when you finish – like” what not to miss in 3 days in the Bay area.” Thanks!

    • Definitely! I will add that to the end of the series. I have been getting lots of recommendations for places to go where I have been before too. 🙂 We will for sure end up doing a staycation one day. :p I will also be posted a list of resources/websites that ‘professionally’ do reviews, etc.
