We actually made these milkshakes awhile ago, when the weather was consistently warmer than it is now. It is tasty, and you can probably decrease the amount of sugar to make it “healthier”.

I think Norm read in one of the reviews that someone added Nutella, so he added a big spoonful. Nutella is always yummy. =)

ICY BANANA MILKSHAKE recipe from allrecipes.com
- Prep Time: 1 minute
- Cook Time: 1 minute
- Total Time: 2 minutes
- Makes: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 6 ice cubes
- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the bananas, ice cubes, milk and sugar.
- Cover, and blend for 2 minutes, or until ice is finely crushed.
Add Shakeology and minus the sugar and that’s what I have every morning! =)
