What We’re Eating: Teriyaki Meatballs

This was a random search…some kind of weird craving for something pineapple-y. These TERIYAKI MEATBALLS weren’t too shabby. You usually can’t go wrong with Taste of Home recipes. And in Melody’s case, you can’t go wrong with pineapples.

I would suggest refrigerating the meatballs a bit after you roll them up so that they keep their shape during baking. I made mine a little small so that the kids would eat it, but I think about 1″ in diameter is good. Super flavorful and it gets a thumbs up from Melody. We can’t wait to try this again.
