What We’re Eating: Steamed Egg

Of course mine doesn't look this fancy.

I know! I’m linking another Asian recipe! We’re on a roll. =p

Here’s a recipe for STEAMED EGG but we usually just make it plain. If you want a little more flavor; sub chicken broth for the water and salt.

Before careful not to overcook!! It should be smooth and silky.

    Do you ever make egg drop soup? Have you had success? I want to make it, but don’t want to end up with just a poached egg. Or a weird, stringy egg. Or gross water with an egg in it. đŸ™‚
