Our Week in Photos (Week 20 of 52)

Hello all! I’m just going to dive in and review our week. Sunday was Emily’s second 1st birthday party (one more to go). This was at church. Quote from one of the high schoolers: “The milk is the same color as the ice cream. That’s EPIC!” (We had Neapolitan ice cream and pitchers of lowfat milk, strawberry milk, and chocolate milk. Can you guess what the party colors were?) Monday and Tuesday were soooo slow, and then the rest of the week just flew by! We enjoyed visits with my sister and nephew. Wednesday was storytime. Yesterday, we drove through the traffic jam (it took more than double the amount of time (45 mins) it takes to get there without traffic (20 mins)) to go to Fremont to visit Cyanna and Baby Kai. And it was also EMILY‘s 1st birthday!!!!! Woohooo!!! See more of our WEEK 20 OF 52 or in the slideshow below.

I’m really hoping for a quiet weekend because we don’t have anything planned. Anyone else care to join me in staying in and watching a movie? I did check out The Pursuit of Happyness from the library.

  1. I love the shot of Emily with the watermelon! Precious!
And I feel you pain trying to get all the children to look at the camera at the same time…you should try it with 5! ((SIGH)) 🙂
Hope you are having a great week! I was determined to stop and say hi even if I am late!
