I can’t remember how I found these sites either. I am not consistently using Sparkpeople, but I love the concept of the site and what it is used for. You can use it to track your nutrition and fitness. You can get Sparkpoints and “trophies” for everything you do from tracking how much water you drink each day, posting a comment to the forums, tracking the minutes your jogged, or reading an article. You can join many Sparkteams to “meet” people in your same situation with your same goals – getting fit for your wedding, toning for a summer beach body, or eliminating your baby belly after giving birth. Babyfit is the sister site with a focus on conceiving, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition and fitness.
