Our Week in Photos (Week 15 of 52)

Our Week
This week was quite busy for us….starting with the weekend. We went to the Sibling Celebration at the hospital. That was fun. The next day there was a Surprise 50th Birthday Party for one of the worship leaders. Since we were at the party on Sunday, we went over to my parents’ for dinner on Monday. Norm met with a recruiter on Tuesday. On Wednesday we celebrated Norm’s big 3-0!! Check out the photos from Week 15 of 52. We went to Chevy’s for lunch, and Kamakura for dinner. I was so full at the end of the night. There was a tenebrae service at our church on Thursday so worship practice was later than usual. And Jen and Aaron stayed over. Melody had a fun time doing an Easter Egg Hunt that Uncle Aaron prepared for her. We don’t have much planned for today. If it doesn’t rain tomorrow we will go to the Egg Hunt at the park. I remember that when I was kid it was always sprinkling when they had the hunt. It’s at a different park now.

Small Things
Looks like I’ll be taking a “break” from Small Things. After having made the Housekeeping Schedule I’ve been trying to keep up with my daily tasks, so I don’t fall behind too much on housework once the baby comes. (For those veteran moms, I can hear you laughing. Stop it, not nice. hehehe) A few of the Small Things this week was just completed a few days before. And then we don’t have a coffee table because of the “dangers” of the corners…but also we just want space for the kids to run around. Anyhow, I’ll still be staying on the schedule that I made for us. That should keep me sane. =p

Hope everyone has a fantastic Easter weekend. Thanks for stopping by!

P.S. We added a few photos to Week 14 of 52 too.

  1. I looked at your Week 15 of 52 photos…Melody really is adorable. 🙂 I hope she enjoyed the Easter egg hunt!

How far along is your pregnancy?

    Have a blessed Easter. 🙂

  2. The last few weeks do become difficult to get the housework done, don’t they? Your schedule will help a lot when the babe comes.
    Happy Easter!

  3. We always had a coffee table–before we had kids. Then we got rid of ours for the same reasons you choose not to have one. I did miss it though. My boys are 13, 10, and 6 now so we got a new table in the front room.

Prayed for Norm last week. I know God will bring him to the perfect job.

    Have a Blessed Easter.

  4. What a sweet little girl. She won’t look quite so little when the baby comes. Be prepared. It happened to me 4 times 🙂
She’ll be a wonderful big sister.

    Thanks for sharing.
    Have a great Easter!
